Our 5 Step Process
This page outlines our process from your initial enquiry through to completion of your new calm room. Rest assured we are here to help you throughout. So, should you have any concerns or questions please get in touch and we will be only too happy to help.
1 - Make Your Enquiry
If you have a need to create a safe space for your clients, then please get in touch. We will discuss with you the options you have available, and put together a FREE No Obligation Proposal. In many cases we can put together a proposal without the need for a site visit, but if it is a little more complex, or you would like to meet in person this can be arranged.
2 - We Will Generate Your Calm Room Proposal
When we have all the required information we will put together a proposal for your system. This in depth quote and in most cases will include a 3D representation of how the space will look upon completion. We will send this proposal to you so you can look at it with other members of your team. If you decide you would like to go ahead, just contact us again and we will work towards creating your new Sensory Serenity system.
3 - Planning and Manufacture
Following the receipt of your purchase order, your project will be passed over to our project management team. They will contact you to discuss relevant information such as colour choices, logistics and dates for installation. We will arrange an appointment with you for one of our surveyors to attend a site visit to measure the area.
All our padding is tailor made, meaning it is as safe as possible, whilst still being more aesthetically pleasing. We do not use standard sizes with in-fills as these can create more joints resembling a “patch worked” finish.
At this time we will also provide you with paperwork such as risk assessments, methods statements and copies of Liability Insurance, making sure that the project runs smoothly and efficiently as possible when on site.
4 - Installation
Once we have all you equipment ready, we will come to site and install your new Sensory Serenity system. The process will be done with the minimum amount of disruption. Once the system is fully installed we will carry out a training session. You will then be issued with a completion certificate.
All our engineers are employed by us, so no third party sub-contractors meaning better control over both planning and quality. Our engineers do this type of work every day of the week!
5 - Gone But Not Forgotten
As a Company we pride ourselves on providing the best service in the industry. Should you have any issues with any of the equipment we are simply a phone call away. Sensory Technology has been in business for nearly 20 years and has unrivalled aftercare support.
